The ‘Florida FANatic’ concept was born featuring a 20 something video blogger sharing his experience of multiple destinations throughout Florida. Traditional Florida attractions and areas were featured but a focus on ‘What’s New’ and gastronomy helped achieve VisitFlorida’s overall objective of show casing Florida from a Millennial’s perspective. Multiple destinations jumped on board to host the Florida FANatic as well as participate in coop campaigns to promote the initiative.
Web traffic, FaceBook likes and bookings all increase in particular to the destinations that participated and request for the ‘New’ attractions increased
